Welcome to the I Thrive About page, where we explore our unique approach.


What is I Thrive?

I Thrive is here to support you to thrive. And the first and most important step you can take in your journey to thrive, is to realise that thriving comes from within. It starts with changing the way you think and feel about yourself and your life.

The I Thrives (I Thrive audios) describe the desired outcomes we want to achieve. For example: I am healthy, I am worthy, or I am wealthy.
They keep us focused on our goals. And what is equally important is that they assist in releasing the rubbish we have been telling ourselves for years. For example, we could have been saying “I am unworthy, I am poor, I am stupid”.

 

In other words: I Thrive is a great tool to start thriving from within, by changing how you speak and support yourself. It guides you to release limiting beliefs and replacing them with supportive ones.

I-Thrive costs you less than 2 minutes a day. No active listening is required!

I-Thrives (Audios, previously known as Apphirmations) are based on science

Psychoneuroimmunology and Epigenetics are sciences that study how the mind affects the body. Studies show that our emotional state has a direct impact on the functioning of cells. Our emotions are triggered by our thoughts about the events in our life.

Stressful emotions like anger, frustration and, resentment, trigger a stress response in the cells. This shortens their lifespan. We often use our life-force to wrestle with conflict in our life,

even long after the event has passed. Now we have less energy to repair and restore our body. This can lead to disease. According to scientists, we only actively use about 10% of our genetic material. 90% is dormant, learnt material collected since the beginning of mankind. Acute traumatic events and long-term stress can change the structure of our DNA. They can also activate or deactivate the gene expression (activity) in our DNA. The trauma is passed on to future generations through that changed DNA. This is what was referred to in sacred scriptures when it says the sins of the father are passed on to future generations.

The UCLA institute for neuroscience and human behaviour has found that happiness can affect the gene expression in a beneficial manner. This means that the damages caused by inherited trauma and stress can be undone. The

I-Thrives create a happier and calmer inner state of being, which will have a beneficial impact on our general health and gene expression.

What can you expect from using I Thrive?


People have noticed that they feel better emotionally and physically. This means you could be reducing physical symptoms for health issues like allergies, menstrual problems, and meno pause. On the mental health side, you could feel less anxious, have more energy and can concentrate better.

I-Thrives vs. Regular Affirmations

I-Thrives, previously known as Apphirmations, are very different from the regular affirmations because we include many release statements, where we let go of unwanted beliefs and emotions. We also include a spiritual element, by invoking the Divine or the Creator of All That Is.

I-Thrives

  • Include release Apphirmations to discard self-sabotaging beliefs and emotions.

  • Calm the mind.

  • Incorporate positive affirmations.

  • Reprogram the subconscious mind by addressing the body, mind, and spirit.

  • Address specific health issues such as allergies, weight concerns, addiction, immune system strength, confidence, and menstrual-related symptoms.

Regular Affirmations

  • Calm the mind.

  • Consist solely of positive affirmations.

  • Reprogram the subconscious mind by addressing the mind alone.

  • Work generically, without addressing specific health issues.

I-Thrives - How did they start


Hanna started developing Apphirmations, which she later renamed as I-Thrives, after completing her allergy training and during her training to become a medical intuitive through her Theta Healing training. She intuitively blended this knowledge together with the knowledge she gathered from other training courses, and books. She even added many of her own Apphirmations.

The first set of Apphirmations she created was the Allergy Relief Set, which she made available to allergy sufferers. The results were astonishing, with many individuals experiencing a significant reduction or even a complete disappearance of their allergy symptoms. Our Apphirmations draw inspiration from a rich array of sources, including the works of:
